A Cranston couple planning to get married July 4 on Block Island has gotten contradictory directives from multiple state agencies over the past month about whether they can actually hold the event. Two departments gave them the green light in May, but another says because they are planning a gathering of 100 people it violates the governor’s coronavirus Phase 2 restrictions.
